Returns

Eligible items purchased directly through pacemjewelry.com may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items must be new and unworn, returned in their original Pacem packaging, including the jewelry box and pouch, and show no signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration.

All returned items are subject to inspection. Pacem Fine Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. A $50 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

Eligible items purchased directly through pacemjewelry.com may be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above. Once the original item has been received and inspected, the approved exchange will be processed. A $50 return shipping fee will be added to the exchange order.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or customized pieces, including engraving, embossing, lettering, initials, and birthstones
  • Custom-sized pieces
  • Non-jewelry products and accessories
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return or Exchange

All returns and exchanges must be approved in advance. To begin a request, please complete our online Returns & Exchanges form within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Return requests will also receive a return authorization number.

All returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is processed, and all return shipments are insured while in transit.
